VITRTUAL Annual General Meeting on November 10, 2020.

Due to COVID 19, we will be hosting our Annual General Meeting virtually using ZOOM.

This year, the Board of Directors for iNova Credit Union are recommending the following by-law changes that reflect recent changes to the Credit Union Act, (the "Act") which came into effect on July 1st, 2020.

A vote by the membership to approve the By-Law Changes will take place at the Annual General Meeting November 10th, 2020.

The Annual General Meeting is Held Every Year to:

  • Receive reports;
  • Receive information respecting the financial position of iNova Credit Union and the results of its operations;
  • Conduct Board elections (if necessary)
  • Appoint an auditor.
